The Global EPC Contract & Project Management Summit in Lisbon, welcomed professionals from across sectors to share expertise, best practice and thought-leading presentations on engineering project execution.

Idox’s Steven Bruce took to the stage to present ‘Open your eyes to smarter project execution,’ discussing the idea that teams can approach projects in new ways and consider doing things differently. He shared some examples of how manual, laborious tasks could be automated, freeing up document controllers and engineers to maximize the value they bring to a project. Steven also showed how surfacing data in dashboards can help managers and other decision makers easily view summary and reporting data with the ability to drilldown and take action, to keep their projects on time and under budget. The Idox team had several interesting discussions with delegates visiting the stand over the three days of the conference.
