FusionLive allows you to automatically extract hundreds of tags from documents in just seconds, saving millions of dollars on manual tag extraction.
Increased tag data accuracy, vital to the creation of digital twins, ensures smooth project handover and mitigates against handover delays associated with inaccurate and incomplete data.
Accurate tag data also means the location of critical information is made faster and easier, by enabling tag-centric searching.
Integration with External Scheduling
FusionLive has been built to combine all of the features of well-recognised platforms McLaren Enterprise, FusionP8 and Opidis. Along with full support from Idox in setting up new projects, we have also built integration tools with an open web API, to communicate with external scheduling systems such as Hexagon, Pacesetter and Contender.
This means that when a new document is uploaded, it is captured by FusionLive. Pre-set deliverables are also created automatically along with triggers to create progress tracking events.
Progress is monitored allowing EPCs and contractors to automatically trigger payment milestones in line with the project’s development schedule.
Document Management and Change Control
FusionLive is designed to transform the way documents are handled and controlled, enabling mitigation of document version errors, and speeding up efficiency by avoiding duplication of tasks and content.
Once a new document is provided, previous versions are hidden – removing any risk of incorrect documents being used.
A full audit trail allows you to keep a record of all document versions, reviewer comments and decisions.
